Who will be cleaning my home, office or building project?

Every cleaning associate that works with Liberty has come to Liberty by referral. We have never solicited in a help wanted advertisement. You can be assured that each individual has integrity and a good work ethic.

How do you find such good people to clean?

By having good connections we find good people and we pay them well. We pay consistently well above minimum wage. We know that a good service business is only as good as the people providing the service. We treat them right, they treat you right, you treat us right. It works and we love it!

Will it be the same people cleaning each time?

Consistency is one of our strengths, and having the same person or team in your home or office is important. That is what we do. Some of our clients have had the same person for years.

What do I need to supply?

We provide all of our cleaning supplies. If you have a special product you would like us to use, we'll be more than happy to use it.

Do I need to be home?

We clean houses every day while the homeowners are at work or doing other activities. You do not need to worry about your possessions or about our cleaning practices. All of Liberty’s associates are trained to care for your home honestly.

How will you get into my home?

A key, a garage code, or an unlocked door are the most common choices to gain entrance. We are also very used to working with alarm codes.

What about my pets?

It is preferred that large dogs be kenneled or closed off in an extra room. Small non-aggressive dogs are fine, as well as cats. We do our best to keep them safe and keep them from exiting the house as we are coming and going.

Is there anything I need to do before each cleaning?

It is preferred that homes and offices be picked up. We can clean a desk better if stacks of paper are put away. We can clean homes better if floors are cleared and clutter is put away. Then we can focus on dust, dirt and grime when everything is put in its place. It is also more cost-effective if we spend our time cleaning instead of putting things away.

Do I need to sign a contract for regular service?

No contract is required. Our motto is if you're happy, we're happy. If not, contact us to discontinue our services.

How do you handle payment for services?

Invoices are sent at the end of every month. Payment is expected by the 15th of the following month.

What if I need to change my schedule?

No problem. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule changes. Just call the office and we will make the adjustments. You may also contact your personal cleaning associates directly, if you prefer, to accommodate schedule changes or request additional services. They will advise the office of any changes.
